Aloha friends,
Today I wanted to share a brand new addition to my Substack page: the Tulsi Gabbard subscriber chat.
This is a conversation space in the Substack app that I set up exclusively for my subscribers — kind of like a group chat or live hangout. I’ll post short prompts, thoughts, and updates that come my way, and you can jump into the discussion.
For our first chat this Tuesday, December 6th at 9:30 am PST / 12:30 pm EST, I'll be sharing something near and dear to my heart — the true meaning and value of Aloha.
Former First Lady Jackie Kennedy once said, "I hope the aloha spirit is contagious — because it could change the world."
I couldn’t agree more. I am guided by this aloha spirit no matter where I go, no matter what I do. And if you can join me at our first chat, I look forward to sharing what that means to me.
To join our chat, you’ll need to download the Substack app, now available for both iOS and Android. Chats are sent via the app, not email, so turn on push notifications so you don’t miss conversation as it happens.
How to get started
Download the app by clicking this link or the button below. Substack Chat is now available on both iOS and Android.
Open the app and tap the Chat icon. It looks like two bubbles in the bottom bar, and you’ll see a row for my chat inside.
That’s it! Jump into my thread to say aloha, and if you have any issues, check out Substack’s FAQ.
Thank you !!

Although I'm a subscriber to your Substack channel, I guess I won't be able to participate in the live chats--for now, at least--since I don't have apps on my phone. I'm a little old-fashioned, and haven't joined some others in the 21st-century in that I don't have phone apps nor do I use Twitter.
